Toontastic 3D is an animation app that is from Google and is available for iOS and Android. It will also run on some newer ChromeBooks that allow Google Play apps with touch screens. The app comes with a "toy box" of animated characters and backgrounds.Users can also create their own characters with 3D drawing tools. The app includes many music soundtracks. BitsBoard APP comes in a free version as well as a FULLY OPEN paid version currently $19.99. The free version includes access to the Bitsboard catalog including tens of thousands of flashcards and carefully curated lessons covering hundreds of topics. Bitsboard is fully customizable to meet educators specific learning needs and allows educators to create their own cards that can be used in the 14 plus activities in the APP. The free version allows access to an online collection of "boards" that other educators have created that can be downloaded. The PRO version does allow for multiple users on one device and more management capabilities. Also popup reminders to upgrade will disappear.
